About TC - The People

	Company President Tony Rocci began his career in the aerospace paint industry in 1975 with Bostik Paint Company, then worked for US Paint for many years. Prior to purchasing TC Specialties in 1993, Tony worked for Akzo Coatings as Aerospace Business Manager in Orange, CA.
	Gary Fujihara, Vice President, went to work for Akzo Coatings (then Sikkens) in 1984 and left his position there as Director of Technical Services in 1993 when he and Tony purchased TC Specialties.
	Wes Hayata joined TC Specialties in 1999 as company Controller, leaving American Honda Corporation where he had worked since 1988 in the tax department.
	Operations Manager Nancy McFarland left her position as Inside Sales Manager with Akzo Coatings in 1992 to work for TC. Nancy is responsible for Quality Assurance, Inventory Purchasing and Control, and Customer Service.
	Anita Cortez, Assistant Controller has been with TC since 1988. In addition to her accounting and customer service responsibilities, Anita is the final receiving inspector for all inbound goods and documents.
	Senior TC employee Marco Martinez has served as Warehouse Manager since 1983. Trained and certified in HazMat handling, Marco is responsible for all warehousing, receiving and shipping functions.
